This May, join us for an exclusive 4-hands collaboration between our very own Chef Rick Dingen of JAMPA and Chef Gerard Villaret Horcajo of Elements, Inspired by Ciel Bleu. Together, the chefs will craft a 7-course menu that tells a story of place, people, and purpose—celebrating the farmers behind each ingredient and the land from which they came.
